Processing & Delivery Information

We are proud that all of our products are handmade and, or hand-finished, which ensures a pristine and high quality finish. The creation time for our products can be specific to each item, but is mostly 21 days from when we accept your order. Jeffersons aim to accept, create and deliver your purchase within 28 days. If your chosen item is available in the correct specification- including finger size, the item will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

For bespoke orders, timeframes are pre-agreed with the customer prior to placing the order.

If you require an item for a specific date, please get in touch to confirm this is achievable before placing your order. Jeffersons will do all they can to ensure your item is crafted and dispatched in time for your special occasion.

Jeffersons beautifully package your purchase and deliver it to you, using our insured, traceable and signed-for courier service. Delivery of any product you purchase with us, is a complimentary service. At this time we only complete deliveries to addresses situated within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Jeffersons understand that jewellery is personal, individual and special to each customer. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we would love the opportunity to get it right for you, but understand this may not always be possible.

Once you have contacted Jeffersons about your return, you will receive a refund request form outlining how you can return your item for a full refund. Customers can request a refund up to 30 days following receipt of the delivered item.

Items must be returned to us unworn, accompanied by the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Return, tracked and insured postage is at the cost and liability of the customer and usually costs vary between £7.00 and £10.00 using A Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.

Once we receive your item and following inspection, we will confirm in writing that your refund is being processed. Refunds can only be returned directly to the original purchaser, to the original payment method used and can take up to 14 business days to clear.

Your statutory rights are not affected by Jeffersons Refund Policy.



Goods that are bespoke, personalised or pierce the skin cannot be returned. Bespoke items are designed and created from scratch and tailored to each customers unique and individual requirements. Jeffersons can amend and alter bespoke designs once they are crafted, but they cannot be returned for a full refund.

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to complete returns for jewellery items such as earrings or body jewellery that pierce the skin.
